Pet Policy

The maximum number of household pets is two (2). Household pets are considered to be dogs, cats, caged birds, and tropical fish. Absolutely no rodents, reptiles, amphibians, or non-caged birds are permitted.

Any cat(s) or dog(s) on the site is/are subject to the property's animal policy requirements and will require the animal owner to sign an Animal License Agreement. A copy of our standard Animal License Agreement and requirements are available on request.

Pet Fees:
$150.00 Non-refundable deposit per animal
$15.00 rent per month per animal
